Agensi Pekerjaan JL Wijaya Sdn. Bhd. (JLW) was established in 2019 by our founder, Jason Liaw, as a sole proprietorship under the name Perwaja Consultancy Enterprise. The business initially focused on immigration consultancy, trade and business licence applications, and work permit advisory services, serving Malaysian SMEs and retail clients.

In 2024, the business was subsequently incorporated as Agensi Pekerjaan JL Wijaya Sdn. Bhd., and approved as a licensed private employment agency under Licence Category B, regulated by Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Semenanjung Malaysia (JTKSM). This marked a strategic expansion into the specialised recruitment and supply of foreign domestic helpers, in response to the growing demand for ethical and reliable household staffing solutions.

JLW places strong emphasis on ethical recruitment, legal compliance, and worker welfare. The company is committed to bridging industry gaps by promoting fair treatment, transparent hiring practices, and sustainable employment relationships.

In addition to recruitment, JLW provides end-to-end administrative support throughout the employment lifecycle. Services include work permit renewals, permit transfers, check-out memos, and post-placement assistance, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for both employers and domestic helpers.
